This year's Halloween scents are 2 years in the making. A triumvirate of unconventional seasonal perfumes, inspired by the omnipotent witches of Dario Argento’s Three Mothers trilogy. Three sistersβ€” the originators of witchcraft itselfβ€” who are death personified. A limited batch of incense for the Polish day of all souls, with the proceeds going towards Ukrainian anti authoritarians on the frontlines. As always, everything is made from all natural ingredients and never synthetic.

π•Šπ•¦π•€π•‘π•šπ•£π•šπ• π•£π•¦π•ž - A technicolor terror of blues, hot pink, and deep red blood. A dizzying deadly dance that begins with an innocent lead in, and ends with bewildering synesthesia. German blue chamomile, blue tansy, and secretive blue iris swirling synergistically with magenta zdravetz, pink lotus, and a hint of crushed strawberry. A splash of metallic blood orange in the dry down, befitting of any proper giallo. A touch of black pepper and gold, for the throne of the Black Queen herself, Helena Markos. The fragrance that holds more secrets than Zum Walfisch.

𝕃𝕒𝕔𝕙𝕣π•ͺπ•žπ•’π•£π•¦π•ž - The most beautiful of all of the fragrances is also the darkest. Inspired by classical Italian perfume notes, but with a sinister twist. Tears of myrrh dripping off urns, enveloped with the strange, sweet smell of anise and poplar. Funeral flowers and plants of Plutoβ€” offerings to Persephone in the underworld. The longer it wears, the more hypnotizing and bleak it becomes. Shadows of opopanax and vanilla benzoin haunt, and clove absolute numbs. The perfect perfume for the most powerful of witches.

π•‹π•–π•Ÿπ•–π•“π•£π•’π•–π•£π•¦π•ž - An inferno of sweet spice. The pages of an ancient grimoire. Central Park after dark. The most unconventional of the perfumes, taking inspiration from the vegetation of NYC, and the Italian influence on popular scents of its boutiques. It opens with sensual cardamom and rose, but dries down to amber and fire. Vegetal notes in the background reveal themselves while being burned to a cinder. A complex ceremony of scent.

A pouch of self igniting black powder, from my own private collection of personal ceremonial incense. Released to the public this year only, to benefit Ukrainian anti authoritarian defenders on the frontlines. Zaduszki is the Polish All Soul's Day. This evening of ancestral veneration also honors spirits who roam the earth on this one night. Souls from purgatory came from beneath the veil, and took on the form of the poorest villagers, who were then invited in for a feast. Though this is the term used in Catholic tradition, it shares the same pagan roots as Samhain.

Created in ceremony with graveyard dirt, cobwebs, cemetery cypress, black poppies, patchouli, cedarwood and ground copal, as well a proprietary ancestral blend of magical plants. Burn in a well ventilated area, with a heat safe censor, and never leave unattended. Each pouch contains around 1 Tablespoon of incense, enough for 5-10 uses.
